Creating Tickets
When Troopr Wiki suggestions do not resolve the employee request, employees may create a ticket.
Slack users may create a Jira Service Management ticket when the automated suggestions from Troopr Wiki do not resolve the request.


  • Make sure Troopr HelpDesk is enabled in your Troopr workspace.
  • Make sure Troopr is connected to your Jira Service Management.
  • Make sure ticket creation settings are configured for the channel.

Steps to enable ticket creation

    Login Troopr app: using Slack SSO.
  2. 2.
    Click on "Troopr Wiki" on the left side panel and choose "Channel Preferences".
  3. 3.
    Click on the configured channel to navigate to channel page.
  4. 4.
    Make sure that "Suggest Ticket Creation" option is enabled.

Now when employees make requests in the channel, Troopr will show matching documents and a button to create ticket.
