Tuning Confluence Search
This article is about how Troopr matches Confluences documents and how you can tune the matching behavior to your needs.
In designated Troopr Wiki channels in Slack, Troopr will match pages in Confluence for every message posted to that channel. You can configure the matching options and scope to tune the matching behavior.

Matching Options

Troopr provides two matching options, "Tight" and "Loose". You can use "Loose" matching to find Confluence articles where any of the keywords or phrases in the Slack message match. You can use "Tight" matching type to match articles only when all keywords or phrases in the Slack message match.

Matching Scope

By default, Troopr finds matches in the Confluence page title and labels. Troopr can also be set to search the content of the Confluence page along with title and labels.
