Employee Feedback
Get employee feedback about the support experience in Slack
When a ticket is closed, the reporter is sent a Slack message asking about their support experience. The rating is between 1 to 5 and collected feedback is recorded in the Jira ticket as well.

Pre-requisites

  • Troopr is connected to your Jira
  • Troopr HelpDesk is enabled in your workspace
  • Customer support channel is setup
  • Employee feedback requisition is enabled

Steps to collect feedback

  1. 1.
    Setup employee support channel
  2. 2.
    Enable employee feedback requisition
  3. 3.
    Close a ticket in the JSM project
  4. 4.
    Reporter will be sent a private Slack message requesting for feedback
  5. 5.
    When employee click on the feedback button, it is submitted to JSM
