Get employee feedback about the support experience in Slack
When a ticket is closed, the reporter is sent a Slack message asking about their support experience. The rating is between 1 to 5 and collected feedback is recorded in the Jira ticket as well.
Pre-requisites
Troopr is connected to your Jira
Troopr HelpDesk is enabled in your workspace
Customer support channel is setup
Employee feedback requisition is enabled
Steps to collect feedback
1.
Setup employee support channel
2.
Enable employee feedback requisition
3.
Close a ticket in the JSM project
4.
Reporter will be sent a private Slack message requesting for feedback
5.
When employee click on the feedback button, it is submitted to JSM
