Auto ticket creation
Easiest way to create tickets in Slack
Employees can simply drop a message in the customer support channel. Troopr automatically creates a new ticket for every message posted in the channel.
To enable Auto ticket creation, navigate to the Troopr web app and then to "Jira Bot" and to "Channel Preferences".
Select the channel name from the list and enable "Auto create tickets" option.
