Easily approve requests in Slack with one click
Troopr delivers approval requests to approvers in Slack. Actionable notifications are delivered to users when it requires their action.
Pre-requisites
Troopr is connected to your Jira
Troopr HelpDesk is enabled in your workspace
Steps to approve
Create a new requests in JSM and move it to a status that requires approval
Troopr automatically sends approval message to the user(s)
User receives a notification in Slack
User can click on Approve button in the Slack message
